When you receive your bulbs, please inspect your order immediately and contact us within 7 days with any concerns or shortages. Lily bulbs need to be planted ASAP because they are never completely dormant, with a hard shell, like found on tulips or daffodils. Larger orders may be sent in two or more shipping boxes and could be received a day or so apart from one another. If a missing box is not received the next business day, please call us at 360-765-4341 (pacific time).
Live plants are generally not returnable, unless there was a mistake made during shipping. Please contact us if a lily bulb needs to be returned. If the bulb in question was sent by our error, we will reimburse you for Post Office Priority Mail postage to return it.
If you simply have changed your mind, refunds are made for the cost of the bulbs only, less a 20% restocking fee. Refunds in this case do not include postage costs either way. Bulbs must be received back to us within 10 days from the date on your shipping label, in their original packaging, and not damaged.
Please note that if your lily bulb order has not yet been charged to your debit/credit card, we can do a simple cancellation, without any stocking fee. Call at 360-765-4341 or email your name, address and phone number to email@example.com immediately.
