'L. Auratum Virginale' - Species or Wild Lily

'L. auratum virginale' - Species Lily bulb Lily Bulb #L-8010 - This is the unspotted version of the more widely known L. auratum var. platyphyllum or the 'Gold Band' Lily. Producing huge 10 inch bowl shaped flowers that have a striking gold band on each "waxy" petal. Grown from seed, these plants can range from 3 to 4 feet in height with some variation in flower size and form from bulb to bulb. As will all species, these are guarantee as healthy and true-to-name, not for failure to grow.Late July / Early August Flowering. 3 to 4 Feet.
