We no longer ship offshore due to the bulbs and plants entering a warm climate and becoming delayed in transit. Bulbs and plants to Hawaii and US Territories must be processed in the same manner as export, which we stopped doing several years ago. If you have a contact in the lower 48 states to whom we could mail the package, then they would be responsible for obtaining a Phytosanitary Certificate from the Department of Agriculture and forwarding the package to you. Please note that we will not guarantee any plants or bulbs against loss, shortage or non-growth under these circumstances. |
