Classification: Oriental Hybrid Lily (USDA Zones 5-9, the colder climates of this range must provide winter mulching.)
Similar to the famous 'Casablanca', but with a slightly lighter fragrance and much more powerful stems to hold up the heavy blossoms. No staking was required in our garden last summer. A good choice for areas of dappled sun or part shade, where a minimal-maintenance, graceful, outfacing lily is needed. Minimal maintenance. If you are looking for a multipurpose upfacing white lily for cutting, we suggest one of the other white lilies on pages 8 to 9; all are upfacing or in the case of 'Siberia', has flowers held closer to the stem, making it easy to arrange in a vase. 5 to 6 Feet. August.
Bulb Size - Our standard for bulbs of this lily cultivar ranges from Premium-size» (14/16 cm) to Exhibition-size» (over 20 cm). Click here for details.
