Classification: Longiforum-Asiatic Hybrid (USDA Zones 5-10, winter mulch recommended in the colder climates)

'Red Alert' simply screams color! The flowers are a little smaller and more cupped than most of the LA's we grow, but that red color is a one of a kind. Matched with the little white "button nose" end of the stigma, and deep green foliage, 'Red Alert' works everywhere in the garden. 3 to 4 Feet. June/July.
