Climates which do not have either severe cold during winter or no frost at all, usually USDA Zones 6-9 (lows to -10 degrees F.) can choose either foliage type, but in general, Evergreen foliage types are best in warmer areas of the USA and Dormants are best in more severe climates. Many can be divided down further if you wish, but leaving them large will give you a more impressive clump the first year.Daylily plants are custom dug for you. We ship May through September.

Our daylily harvest begins in Mid June, continues throughout the month of July to early August for summer planting. Then again in early September, when the soil has begun to cool and just before we start our lily bulb harvest, plants are hand dug for fall delivery. Please choose a delivery time frame or we will dig, wash, dry and send your plants in our next shipment.
