Climates which do not have either severe cold during winter or no frost at all, usually USDA Zones 6-9 (lows to -10 degrees F.) can choose either foliage type, but in general, Evergreen foliage types are best in warmer areas of the USA and Dormants are best in more severe climates. Daylily plants are currently running 4 to 5 fans in size. Many can be divided down further if you wish, but leaving them large will give you a more impressive clump the first year.Daylily plants are custom dug for you. We ship May through September.

Then again in early September, when the soil has begun to cool and just before we start our lily bulb harvest, plants are hand dug for fall delivery.
